About HRINZ

We are a not-for-profit membership association for anyone working in human resources. The membership of HRINZ has grown dramatically in the past few years and our numbers now exceed 3,800 individual members, which is around 50% of the total HR market. This compares very favourably with other membership associations, both domestically and internationally. Our members are mainly working in private and public sector organisations throughout New Zealand and we expect our membership to continue to grow over the next few years. Our members represent HR practitioners at all levels and our conferences usually attract a mix of levels of practice. Attendees are often the decision makers for their organisations and they are also the people we hope will have the most influence to bring about change.

We are recognised as one of the most progressive, professional and desirable membership organisations in New Zealand.
