General Information

Dress Code: Smart casual or business attire is recommended.

Who Should Attend: Anyone working in the field of HR, including line managers and others who have a people development and/or management role. Sessions will be pitched at a range of levels in HR. Primarily this conference is aimed at practitioners, but academics, students and others with an interest in human resources, the workplace, leadership and management will benefit from attending.


Registration Information:

Registration fees are as follows: (note: ‘Member’ refers to individual membership – HRINZ does not offer corporate membership.

Earlybird Registrations received on or before 12/04/2010
Member $795.00 + GST
Non-member $1195.00 + GST

Non Early Bird Registrations received after 12/04/2010
Member $1095.00 + GST
Non-member $1,495.00 + GST

Registration fees include all conference sessions as well as, morning and afternoon teas, lunch, pre-dinner networking drinks and dinner.

Registrations must be received by 5 May 2010 at the latest. After this date, please contact the registration manager, Lauren Mouton on 04 499 2966 or email lauren.mouton@hrinz.org.nz.

Concurrent Sessions

There are three selections of concurrent sessions throughout the day. When registering, select as follows:

11.00am - 12.15pm either CS1, CS2, CS3

1.00pm - 2.00pm either CS4, CS5, CS6

2.15pm - 3.15pm either CS7, CS8, CS9

Please also indicate on your online registration form, whether or not you will be attending the Networking Drinks and/or Dinner (this is for catering purposes).

Dietary requirements

Please indicate on the registration form if you have any special dietary requirements in the space provided.

Cancellations (Terms and Conditions):

If you are unable to attend and written notification is received at HRINZ National Office on or prior to 20th of April, a refund of registration fees less a cancellation fee of $100+gst will be issued. After 20th April 2010, no refunds will be issued. Delegate substitutions are permitted up to and including the day prior to the conference commencement. Please advise Lauren Mouton lauren.mouton@hrinz.org.nz immediately of any such amendments. Payment is due upon registration. If payment is not made before commencement of conference, HRINZ reserves the right to cancel registration, however you will still be liable for the debt incurred.

Car Parking:

Self-car parking for in-house guests is available at a cost of $20.00 per day including GST.

Conference delegates will find a dedicated SKYCITY Convention Centre car park located at 65 Federal Street. Open 24 hours, 7 days and offering 420 car parks on a minute from the Convention Centre. Delegates not staying in-house and paying their own car parking costs can receive a reduction in price by validating their parking tickets on either floor of the Convention Centre.

Discounted parking prices range from $7.00 for 3 hours up to $20.00 for 12 hours for weekdays.
